The Central Election Commission (CEC) stated that the process is proceeding smoothly, with no major incidents reported.<\/span><\/p>\n There have been reports of delays in opening some polling stations and concerns regarding the marking of voters\u2019 fingers with indelible ink, but the CEC has not addressed these issues.<\/span><\/p>\n The four candidates for prime minister\u2014Albin Kurti, Bedri Hamza, Lumir Abdixhiku, and Ramush Haradinaj\u2014have exercised their right to vote and urged all citizens to do the same.<\/span><\/p>\n Similar calls have been made by the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani.<\/span><\/p>\n Local Serbs are also participating in these elections, despite having boycotted previous ones since November 2022, when the Serbian List\u2014the main Serb party in Kosovo\u2014resigned from Kosovo\u2019s institutions.
