The law we passed in Parliament offers the opportunity to develop investments in agriculture, livestock, agro-processing, and agrotourism,\u201d said Rama.<\/p>\n<p>He also emphasized that for the first 500 applicants, the law offers 10 years with no taxes, no VAT, and no obligations to the state.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI met a young man a few weeks ago from this island who was involved in collecting agricultural products and bringing them to market. You have a lot of experience and knowledge, you\u2019ve seen a lot, and for anyone who wants to return or invest there, keep in mind that the law states that for the first 500 applicants there are 10 years with no tax, no VAT, and no type of obligation to the state.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Regarding investment support, Rama informed that the Bank of Albania has opened a credit line with a fund of 250 million euros, where the state guarantees 70% of the collateral for those who apply.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s up to each individual to inquire and see for themselves if it\u2019s as I say.
