The Euronews Albania Barometer has released its second round of political measurements for the Tirana District.<\/p>\n

In this survey, 1,000 residents from across the district were interviewed face-to-face, proportionally distributed among the five constituent municipalities. The data collection took place between March 22 and April 3, 2025.<\/p>\n

Citizens were asked to select the top three issues they currently face, and the responses revealed the following as the most pressing concerns:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    High prices<\/strong> were identified as the main issue by 49.9%<\/strong> of respondents.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Corruption<\/strong> came second, cited by 36.3%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Cost of living<\/strong> was selected by 32.2%<\/strong> as a major problem.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    These were followed by other concerns, including:<\/p>\n

      Unemployment<\/strong> \u2013 19.1%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Pensions<\/strong> \u2013 15.7%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Healthcare<\/strong> \u2013 15.5%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Other issues, as detailed in the accompanying infographic.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      In addition to the key issues, participants were asked:
      \u201cIs the country heading in the right or wrong direction?\u201d<\/strong>
      Here\u2019s how they responded:<\/p>\n

        46.3%<\/strong> believe the country is moving in the right direction<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        42%<\/strong> think it is going in the wrong direction<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        11.2%<\/strong> are neutral<\/strong> on the matter.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
