Some required documents will be automatically pulled from e-Albania, while others must be submitted directly by farmers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1043\" data-end=\"1068\">Key requirements include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1183\">\n<li data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1118\">\n<p data-start=\"1071\" data-end=\"1118\">Land ownership or notarized lease contracts<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1183\">\n<p data-start=\"1121\" data-end=\"1183\">No outstanding debts to the Social Insurance Institute<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1343\">For activities already completed, such as prior sowing, existing livestock, or bee colonies, on-site inspections will be conducted to confirm eligibility.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1370\">Disbursement of Funds<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1607\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">After the verification process concludes, payments will be disbursed directly to eligible farmers.
