Three officers from the Kosovo Police have been suspended for 72 hours due to their lack of response during an incident in which acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti\u2019s motorcade was hit with eggs during a visit to Skenderaj.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n

Kurti was in Skenderaj to inaugurate a new nursery, when unidentified individuals threw eggs at his convoy.<\/p>\n

The Kosovo Police announced on Tuesday afternoon that three officers were suspended in connection with the \u201cdisturbance of public order and peace\u201d during Kurti\u2019s visit.<\/p>\n

\u201cFurther investigations into the police officers for potential misconduct will be carried out by the relevant competent institutions,\u201d the police statement read.<\/p>\n
