The Albanian Parliament has allocated \u20ac750,000 for this project.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"225\" data-end=\"585\">Transcribing MPs\u2019 speeches has long posed a challenge for the institution due to limited resources and the high volume of content requiring fast turnaround. To address this, the Parliament has invested in an AI-based system. According to a recent procurement notice, speeches during plenary sessions and committee debates will now be automatically transcribed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"587\" data-end=\"874\">The tender had failed several times in the past but was finalized shortly after the May 11 elections.
