I want to thank all those who participated in this work, which has been gradually developed throughout the summer. I strongly believe that, while of course nothing is perfect and this package is no exception, it still represents a set of measures that will provide us with new instruments to protect the territory.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1740\">This begins with the ultimate success of an offensive that will last as long as necessary\u2014possibly throughout the new mandate\u2014to permanently stop any exploitation for illegal construction. It continues with the protection of the authorship of architectural projects, which over the years of construction in Albania have been deformed and violated by builders\u2019 interventions, effectively rendering almost formal the decisions taken by local government units.
