According to the same sources, he underwent an urgent coronary angiography in Tirana, followed by a PCI\u2014coronary angioplasty with stent placement\u2014which was carried out successfully. He is currently receiving treatment under intensive care.<\/p>\n<p>It should be recalled that the ambassador developed heart problems in the tourist village of Voskopoja, where he had been spending the weekend with his wife.<\/p>\n<p>Reliable sources said that earlier today the ambassador was walking in the forests of Voskopoja when he felt unwell, forcing him to return to the hotel where he was staying.<\/p>\n<p>The quick intervention of the local health center staff provided him with first aid, after which the emergency service of Kor\u00e7a Regional Hospital was alerted.
