The program aims for a sustainable economy with an average annual growth of 4%, raising per capita income to $15,000, up from today\u2019s $10,300. The government commits to raising the minimum wage to \u20ac500 by 2026, granting 18 months free of additional taxes for low-income workers, and raising the national average salary to \u20ac1,000 by 2030, with the public sector average reaching \u20ac1,200.<\/p>\n
To achieve these results, vocational schools will be directly connected to businesses, ensuring equal working conditions, dignified treatment, and a reliable social system.
