According to the EU, this reform must be developed through an inclusive process, engaging all key justice institutions, civil society, and media actors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are particularly concerned about some amendments proposed by the working group that could have a negative impact on citizens\u2019 rights, freedom of expression, and media freedom.
