Compared to the first half of 2024, purchases rose by about 38%, or \u20ac80 million more.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"771\">These figures show that real estate has become one of the main drivers of foreign investment inflows.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"977\">According to data from the Bank of Albania, in the second quarter alone, foreign investment in real estate in Albania reached \u20ac149 million \u2014 the highest figure ever recorded for this period of the year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1122\">The data indicate that if the current pace continues, by December Albania could reach half a billion euros in foreign real estate investment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Foreign citizens bought \u20ac253 million worth of real estate in Albania in the first half of this year, marking a new historical record, according to data published by the Bank of Albania.
