Today Albania is a very attractive destination, and this is a good thing. <\/span><span class=\"s3\">Forbes Properties<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> showing interest in Albania is a good thing. They go where they believe there is a horizon for them. This is good news for Albanians as it means that their properties, their assets, are gaining value,\u201d said Rama.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">As a country aspiring for EU membership, Rama stated that real estate should be seen as an investment, showing that its value doubles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">\u201cI have said that everyone should view real estate in Albania as an extraordinary opportunity and a major investment, because in 4\u20135 years we will be part of the EU, and this shows that the value of real estate doubles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">This message has been misunderstood, as if things will become more expensive, meaning it will be costly to buy a home.
