Nevertheless, the opposition MP continued his speech, claiming that Prime Minister Rama had influenced the President\u2019s decree.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"943\">Meanwhile, the Legal Affairs Committee opened vacancies for five positions in the Regulatory Commission (2 from the Democratic Party and 3 from the Socialist Party), one of the three pillars of the Central Election Commission, as their mandates expire on October 5.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"945\" data-end=\"1201\">A vacancy was also announced for the replacement of Lealba Pelinku, the deputy commissioner nominated by the Democratic Party.
