\nWe welcome the adoption of the Gender Equality Law by the Albanian Parliament last night.
\nThis follows the recommendation made in the European Commission\u2019s 2025 Annual Report on Albania, which called on the country to demonstrate a high level of ambition and ensure that the law is aligned with the EU acquis and European standards.
