Albania recorded 15 deaths on the last day, as the official death toll from the virus reached 2092.<\/span><\/p>\n

Daily infections have been dropping in the past week, while on Tuesday authorities recorded the lowest figure since January, as 446 citizens testing positive.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ministry of Health called on citizens to respect the measures, which include mandatory mask-wearing and gatherings of no more than 10 people.<\/span><\/p>\n

So far, 33.369 vaccine doses have been administered to healthcare personnel, the elderly, and education staff.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over 82.5000 citizens have won the battle against the virus, however there are still 34,292 active infections across the country, of which over 23.000 reported in Tirana.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to health authorities, 118.938 citizens have contracted the virus from the beginning of the pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n
