The President of the Medical Order, Dritan Trep\u00e7a, said in an interview with Euronews Albania that what is most noticeable is a lack of trust in doctors, adding that every complaint will be reviewed as a priority by the commission.<\/p>\n<p>After reviewing cases, the Medical Order may issue warnings or even revoke a doctor\u2019s license if misconduct is identified. In some cases, patients address their complaints directly to judicial institutions, and the resulting decisions are then forwarded to the Medical Order for implementation.<\/p>\n<p>The review of patients\u2019 complaints, in certain cases, also goes through a commission established within the Ministry of Health, particularly when decisions taken by the Medical Order are contested by the parties involved.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dozens of patients have approached the Medical Order with complaints against doctors or healthcare services.
