Albania and Kosovo are not only using AI, but are increasingly mastering it, going beyond simple analysis and text generation to create videos, audio, and software.<\/p>\n
The latest data from the European Working Conditions Survey show that around 12% of employees in the EU use generative AI in their work. Meanwhile, Albania ranks 11th, with 18% of employees using it\u2014on par with Germany, Austria, and Finland, and slightly below the Netherlands at 19%.<\/p>\n
Kosovo is also keeping pace, ranking 7th, with 20% of employees using generative artificial intelligence, behind Luxembourg (25%), Switzerland (24%), Sweden (21%), Norway (21%), Belgium (20%), and Denmark (20%).<\/p>\n
As for other countries in the region, the figures are lower, with North Macedonia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina ranking at the bottom of the list at around 3%.<\/p>\n
