\u201cIt so happens that today is also the day before tomorrow\u2019s Albania\u2013EU Intergovernmental Conference, where the opening of the final phase of negotiations with the European Union will be sealed. Albania, after opening all chapters in record time, is now considered ready to begin closing the negotiation chapters. Tomorrow\u2019s conference will take place according to schedule, with the shared goal of concluding accession negotiations by 2027. It is now a peak we can already see clearly, and the road toward it has been mapped out. Even the timeframe to travel that road has been planned.
