As a result, Albania has become the second most expensive country in the Balkans for daily rentals, behind only <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Montenegro<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"434\" data-end=\"603\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">AirDNA<\/span><\/span>, an analytics platform that provides data on short-term accommodation units, analyzed average daily rental rates across the region.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"750\">According to the published data, Albania ranks second in the Balkans, with an average daily rental price of \u20ac57 per night.
