The SP had not invited people hence it was somewhat vague when compared to the opening ceremony of DP\u2019s campaign, who on the other side invited people to the square. There were two different choices\u201d, she said.<\/p>\n<p>She said that Prime Minister Edi Rama during his opening word tried to make a balance of the work done on the second term, but according to the expert the ruling majority has a \u201cgovernance deficit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>She listed the two main points of the Socialists Party\u2019s campaign: the reconstruction process and COVID-19 vaccination.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRama has a deficit in his governance and claims that his second mandate was disrupted by the earthquake and the pandemic. Reconstruction and vaccination are the two main points of the campaign.
