Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today that the claim about Palestinians coming to Albania is false, dismissing it as fabrication.

During his interactive “Sy m’Sy” session, where he directly answers followers on social media, Rama addressed the rumors, calling them baseless speculation.

A comment on his social media post read: “Vote for Rama, and you’ll welcome 100,000 Palestinians.”

Rama’s Response:

“Why? For what reason? Or is it just another ‘quack-quack’ rumor coming from the swamp? No, Visar, this is not true! It is a fabrication that spread quickly because we live in times where the truth has not even put on its pants, while lies are already circling the world. The truth is often dull, and the tendency to believe the charm of lies is much stronger. Lie, lie, lie, and have fun!” Rama said.
