The market of children’s toys occupies an important place in the budget of Albanian families, who spend more during the holidays. Related to the fulfillment of wishes and children’s satisfaction, the toys brought this year cost 13.6 million euros.

Data released by Customs show that during the January-November period, 2 tons of toys were imported, and the largest amount of them are bought and distributed this month, as part of the holiday tradition of giving gifts.

But which are the countries that supply the toy market in Albania? The largest weight is occupied by China, with 45% of the quantity and value of the goods, followed by Greece and Italy. Further, the market is opened in 45 other countries that supply our country with toys, where considerable weight is also occupied by imports from Turkey, Serbia and Slovenia.
