Tirana police have arrested a 19-year-old man, who used girls aged 18-25 for prostitution.

After some footage published about a case of exploitation of prostitution, the Tirana Police has identified and brought the persons in the video to legal responsibility.

Citizen B. M., 19 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested for the criminal offense of “Exploiting prostitution”, and citizen E. A., 22 years old, was prosecuted for the criminal offense of “Prostitution”.

“Citizen B. M. is suspected of having exploited for prostitution, against monetary benefits, citizens aged 18-25, and this illegal activity was carried out in various hotels and hostels in Tirana. The 19-year-old used social networks to find different clients, whom he then directed to certain places to meet the citizens he used for prostitution. As a result of the actions, one of these citizens was criminally prosecuted”, informed the police.

The materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further procedural actions.
