25 selected works from the Gallery of Art’s collection in Tetovo, North Macedonia, have been presented to the public in Fier’s Vilson Kilica Art Gallery.
Elenica Paloli, the Director of the Art Gallery in Fier, stated to Euronews Albania that these exhibitions bring national culture closer and reinforce the idea that art knows no boundaries.
“The entire collection has been curated by the staff of the Tetovo Art Gallery for all art enthusiasts in our city. Its goal remains the promotion of artistic values in Albanian spaces wherever they are. Realizing these exhibitions requires breaking down formal boundaries for national artistic development without barriers, hoping that art and culture are among the main promoters in this direction.”
Meanwhile, Ilir Kurtishi, the Director of the Art Gallery in Tetovo, mentioned that these activities showcase unique values, as they involve distinguished artists in the field of painting, promoting the idea of exchanging these experiences.
“To promote our common culture, we have made a selection from our Gallery’s collection with 9 authors and 25 works. We are especially pleased to have artists like Helidon Haliti and Verush Fazlliu. We hope that we, too, will have the opportunity to open the doors for such an activity in Tetovo.”
Renowned artists, art enthusiasts, and citizens attended the exhibition.
