Ledio Nuraj, legal representative of the group led by Sali Berisha, has issued a statement to the media after the decision of the KAS that accepted Enkelejd Alibeaj’s appeal for the registration of the DP in the May 14 elections.

He said that the decision of KAS was completely illegal, while underlining that they will appeal the decision.

Among other things, Nuraj said that KAS gave Alibeaj what he himself had not asked for.

“The decision of the KAS is completely illegal, here continues the woven scenario that has been going on for a year against the DP. Today KAS took a decision that the Court did not dare to take for a year and a half. Today, KAS gave Alibeaj what he himself had not asked for. This is a masquerade. All provisions have been violated. We will appeal,” he said.
