The real estate market in Tirana has had an increase in price in the last three years. Average prices vary by area, but the closer you get to the center and the lake area, the rental values ​​multiply.

“There is an increase in apartments both for rent and for sale. Tirana has become a polycentric place, the Astir area is a point, the center is always in demand,” said the real estate agent, Orgest Beti.

INSTAT data shows that the gross domestic product in real estate activity is the highest figure ever reached at least since 2008, when the data is reported.
