A total of 6,500 job vacancies have been announced on the national employment portal. The positions include vacancies in various sectors, such as manufacturing, services, trade, tourism, information technology, agriculture, and administration. These opportunities are open to all educational levels, from skilled workers to specialists and managers.
The application process is simple through the official portal www.puna.gov.al, where individuals can create their profile and apply for the position that suits them. If citizens need assistance during the application process, they can visit their nearest employment office or contact the National Agency for Employment and Skills.
The Ministry of Economy is also calling on people to register on the employment portal, inviting Albanian emigrants to create new opportunities in our country.
The existence of 6,500 job vacancies, at a time when businesses are struggling with labor shortages, shows that labor demand and supply do not match in our market due to wages and the working conditions offered.
According to INSTAT data for the third quarter of 2025, the unemployment rate stood at 8.1%, which corresponds to approximately 100,000 people who are not registered in the employment tax system.
