The President of Serbia, Aleksander Vucic has denied the claims of his homolog in Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, who said that the so-called ‘non-paper’ document originates from Serbia.

“If they hope that we will accept the recognition of Kosovo, that won’t happen,” said Vucic, adding that his team is currently analyzing the document.

“I was surprised by that document. There is more material in it than in the plan of Marti Athisari, who complied a plan known as a proposition for the Resolution of Kosovo’s Status,”  said Vucic to journalists in Novi Sad, where he was inspecting the work in the construction site of a new COVID-19 designated hospital.

According to the Serbian president, this material includes “many things” that Serbian citizens would consider decent, but one part about the recognition of Kosovo would “terrify them.”

In fact, Vucic stated that the ‘non-paper’ document was created by a very intelligent woman that he knows very well.
