Through their electoral MP, Belind Kellici, the Democratic Party has announced their submission of another lawsuit to SPAK, which deals with several individuals having allegedly committed electoral crimes on behalf of the Socialist Party.
According to Kelliçi, the denounced scheme was put to action in Tirana’s administrative division no. 8, whereas the elected MP has made an appeal to SPAK to react in due time as the denouncement has been referred 3 weeks before the elections on April 25th.
The chair of the Youth Forum of the Democratic Party announced the names of the individuals and the accusations mentioned range from “active electoral corruption”, “passive corruption during the electoral process”, “Threatening and abuse towards participators in the elections” and “Unlawful procurement or use of identification documents”.
“Today, we want the public to know, who the names of the people involved in this electoral massacre of April 25th are in the Municipality of Tirana, including our denouncement submitted to SPAK, three weeks prior to the elections. Our battle will be conducted in all fronts, ways and possibilities that exist and its conclusion will be clear: the fall of the Rama-Doshi-Rakipi regime and the return of Albania back to Albanians,” declared Belind Këlliçi.
