The Greek Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias is traveling today to Kosovo on an official visit.
Greece’s diplomacy chief will initially meet with his counterpart Donika Gërvalla and the two are expected to hold a joint press conference.
Dendias will also meet President Vjosa Osmani, the Speaker of the Assembly Glauk Konjufca as well as Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
On his first visit to the country, last October Dendias declared that recognizing Kosovo is a matter of establishing ties between the two states.
Greece is one of the 5 EU member states that do not recognize Kosovo, although the country has an office in Prishtina.
