If elections were to repeat today, the Socialist Party would once again secure a ruling majority. These were the results of the first post-election survey conducted by the prestigious company MRB for Euronews Albania.

Analyzing voter tendency in the survey held after the April 25 elections, MRB projected SP as a winner with a similar percentage result from that received on election day.

Projection:

Socialist Party – 49% (from 48.7% received on April 25)

Democratic Party – 39.4% (similar to the outcome of the April 25 elections)

Socialist Movement for Integration – 6.6% (from 6.8% received on April 25)

Socialist Democratic Party – 2.2% (similar to election result)

Methodology

The survey was done for Euronews Albania by the prestigious company MRB who conducted 1.000 face-to-face interviews (49.5% male, 50.5% female) in urban and rural areas with eligible voters (+18) from May 25 until June 2.
