SMI leader Monika Kryemadhi opts for Fier mandate

The leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI), Monika Kryemadhi, has chosen to take the mandate won in Fier, in an official response sent to the Central Election Commission.

SMI leader won both Tirana and Fier at the general elections held in April.

In total, SMI won 4 parliament seats, namely Erisa Xhixho in Tirana, Agron Çela in Shkodra, and Monika Kryemadhi, the party’s leader, in both Tirana and Fier.

Meanwhile, it is now up to CEC to decide who will take over the mandate of Kryemadhi in Tirana from the lists of the Socialist Movement for Integration.
