The Academy of Political Studies has published the sixth monitoring report about the limitations of the use of public resources during the electoral campaign on April 25th.
The report points out the fact that ministers and high public officials don’t exhibit a clear distinction between their official post and the party candidature.
In addition, it says that the limitations of the Electoral Code on the appointments and job terminations from the public administration haven’t been effective, as they’ve only been focused on the one-month period before the campaign.
The report has also come to the conclusion that public assets, especially elementary schools and high schools, were put at the disposal of the electoral activities of the ruling party.
