Upon a request from the former head of the Assembly of EULEX Judges, Malcolm Simmons, Kosovo lawmakers will hear out his testimony on July 12.
He is expected to report on allegations tied to what he has termed as “EULEX scandals in Kosovo” including here political interventions, tampering with evidence, and intimidating witnesses.
“I expect to give my testimony in front of the Parliament of Kosovo on July 12. I believe that after my testimony, the Parliament will decide to launch a public investigation” told Simmons local media RTK.
His testimony has been highly anticipated due to the criminal proceedings held against former war commanders at The Hague, as well as the ongoing dialogue process with Serbia.
