The Ministry of Health announced that only one citizen was diagnosed with COVID-19 on Sunday after carrying 2,144 tests.
Currently, there are an estimated 52 active cases across the country, while 4 patients are receiving medical care in the capital’s Infective Diseases hospital.
So far, more than 130.000 citizens have won the battle against the virus.
The country is now entering the eighth day without recording any COVID-19 related fatalities.
The virus has claimed 2,456 lives from the beginning of the pandemic.
