The Democratic Alliance of Kosovo (LDK) has condemned the beginning of constructions from Serbia of a “University of Prishtina with a temporary branch in North Mitrovica”.

LDK chair, Lumir Abdixhiku also said that this is an act that delegitimizes the state of Kosovo and the identity of the University of Prishtina.

The party led by Lumir Abdixhiku made the Kurti administration the main responsible culprits for this, by arguing that the latter is “slowly but surely reviving all the Serbian parallel structures in North Mitrovica and re-installing Serbia into Kosovo.”

Abdixhiku has also added that PM Kurt should “give up on his empty declarations in Brussels, and try to prevent the construction of the university of North Mitrovica’.
