Nine people died from COVID-19, while another 195 tested positive on Monday, authorities confirm.
Over the past 24 hours, 347 people recovered from the virus, taking the overall number to more than 165,430.
Currently, there are an estimated 6,952 active cases across the country, of which 161 are in hospital and 15 in critical condition.
The Ministry of Health appealed to citizens to get vaccinated. In Albania, all citizens older than 18 are eligible for the jab.
According to Our World in Data, 28.85% of the population has received both vaccine doses.
Accordingly, the vaccination rate is the second-lowest in the region.
The virus has claimed the lives of 2,777 citizens from the beginning of the pandemic.
