Prime Minister Edi Rama has officially accepted a request made by the Democratic Party on establishing a Special Commission for the Electoral Reform.
Sources reveal that the accordance came following a meeting between the prime minister and district party leaders held on Wednesday afternoon.
The Democratic Party deposited today to the Assembly its request for the establishment of this commission.
The document, signed by 10 MPs, points that the Commission will be tasked to compile constitutional amendments as well as the legal electoral framework on dealing with the OSCE-ODIHR recommendations for the April 25 elections.
