Albanian Prime Minister declared that he will not make any efforts to convince Kosovo in joining the Open Balkan.
“Bilateral relations among two small economies are one thing, and multilateral interaction in a greater space is something else”, Rama said.
Rama referred to Albania’s and Kosovo’s relations as “special” and vowed to do everything it costs to preserve the quality of this relationship.
The Albanian prime minister reiterated that he cannot impose on them to join the Open Balkan as the decision is up to Kosovo’s authorities.
