In the past 3 months, the price of oil has gone up by at least €0.12 euros or 15 Albanian Lek. This was announced by Euronews Albania journalist, Loneta Progni from a simple observation of fuel bills over the past 3 months.

The price of oil suffered a considerable rise since PM Rama’s forewarning of an oncoming energy crisis.

On October 12, we notice that the price for a liter of petrol went up by 5 ALL. In the days following, the price went up to 176 ALL per liter or €1.66 euros.
October’s fuel bill shows another rise by 7 ALL, bringing November 4’th bill to 185 ALL or €1.74 euros per liter.
