Starting from next year, students in Kosovo and Albania will learn the Albanian language with a single textbook.
“This is an important step in understanding that two countries with a common language should always begin from language, in order to unify their curricula,” – said Mimoza Hysa, director of the Center of Publications for the Diaspora.

“Our goal has always been erasing the borders through books in Albanian,” – said Rita Petra, author of school textbooks.
Education ministries from both countries deemed the unification of language in Albanian schools in the Diaspora, an important factor towards preserving our identity.
Starting from next year, the Language textbook will also be accessible online.
