The Arber Highway is officially open. Drive time from Tirana to the northeastern part of the country and the district of Dibra will be significantly reduced through the 70 kilometers segment, which also includes 6 tunnels and 4 bridges.
Currently, the only segment still under construction is the Murrizi tunnel.
The highway ends in Bllada, at the border with North Macedonia.
Although 80% of the highway is open, the administrator of the construction company urged drivers to be prudent and respect speed limits.
