Eugena Tomini has stepped down from her previous function as deputy minister of health and has now been appointed chair of the Public Health Institute, ISHP.

The decision was made during today’s meeting of the Council of Ministers, led by deputy PM Arben Ahmetaj due to PM Rama’s inability to participate as he has been on an official visit to the United States for a few days now.

Tomini is substituting Albana Fico, who was placed in charge of the University Hospital Center, QSUT.
