On Monday, the parliament of Montenegro is set to review an initiative from the opposition to oust the government of PM Zdravko Krivokapic.
If the opposition succeeds, President Milo Djukanovic’s Democratic Socialist Party would return to power.
The chairman of the Civic Movement “URA” and Deputy Prime Minister, Dritan Abazovic said that early elections would resolve the political crisis.
Montenegrin Parliament Speaker Aleksa Becic hopes that none of the parliamentary majority will support the no-confidence motion against the government.
Meanwhile, Montenegrin President and opposition leader Milo Djukanovic said that he is “certain” that a motion against the government will succeed.
