Analyst Andi Bushati said on tonight’s ‘Shock’ that the arrest of former minister of environment Lefter Koka, wasn’t a result of a functioning judiciary but rather, it was a carefully planned scheme directed from above.

According to Bushati, Rama is fully aware of what SPAK’s next moves will be and exactly when and where they will be made as well. This is why, the individual that was arrested wasn’t an MP, nor was he a minister. Therefore, he doesn’t hurt the party while at the same time giving the general public the idea that SPAK is in fact doing justice when it’s not.

Bushati called the reasoning of the Special Prosecution ‘ridiculous’, seeing that all of the accusations coincided with the ones made by SMI a year ago.

The analyst also added that the arrested former state official was allowed to steal as much money as he wanted, get away with using it for a year, and even during the electoral process.
