The leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha convened the National Council on Thursday evening to propose the names for the new members of the National Council discharged at the National Assembly held on December 18.
Edi Paloka, the chair of the Council, is set to be replaced by Arta Sakja.

Indrit Sefa, Secretary for Electoral Affairs
Flamur Hoxha, Organizational Secretary
Roland Bejko, Secretary for Local Governance and Decentralization
Kreshnik Çollaku, Secretary for the Diaspora
Proposals for the party’s presidency: Helidon Bushati, Gazmend Koduzi, Xhemal Gjunkshi, Agron Kapllanaj, and Xhelal Mziu.

According to sources who were at the meeting, Basha called on Council members that starting from Friday, there should be an increased presence on the ground level, including from him.
