Albanians will not be able to apply for a visa or leave an appointment at the German embassy, at least until January 28.

The appointments that had been already confirmed will be rescheduled to February or March, the embassy wrote on Facebook.

Passports will be submitted Tuesday and Friday.

The embassy did not provide any reason behind its recent decision.
