This Saturday, the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has revealed the final version of the ballot paper for the upcoming by-elections on March 6.

The final ranking of the participating electoral subjects according to CEC will be as follows:

Municipality of Shkoder

1. Socialist Party
2. Home of Freedom coalition
3. Democratic Party

Municipality of Durres

• Home of Freedom coalition
• Socialist Party
• Democratic Party

Municipality of Vore

• Home of Freedom coalition
• Socialist Party
• Democratic Party

Municipality of Diber

• Home of Freedom coalition
• Democratic Party
• Socialist Party
• New Movement Party

Municipality of Rrogozhina

• Democratic Party
• Socialist Party
• Home of Freedom coalition

Municipality of Lushnje

• Socialist Party
• Democratic Party
• Home of Freedom coalition

11 political parties have been registered to participate in the local by-elections set to take place on March 6.

In these elections, citizens will be voting for their new mayors in the following municipalities of Durres, Shkoder, Diber, Vore, Rrogozhine, and Lushnje.

Many of the active political parties in our country haven’t registered to participate in these elections.
