The Socialist Party nominee Blerim Shera won the mayoral race in Vora.
Shera won against Lulzim Vrana, the candidate of the House of Freedom, by a landslide, after securing over 7,500 ballots. 2,589 people voted for Vrana.
Democrat nominee Ymer Marko received only 687 votes, ranking third in the electoral race.
Over 11,000 people showed up at the ballots, counting for 36% of eligible voters in this municipality.
Ballots were counted electronically, with 209 votes considered invalid.
