Democrat MP Ervin Salianji has been ordered by the court to pay €410 (50.000 ALL) over a slander lawsuit filed by activist Evi Kokalari.
A few months ago, Salianji claimed that Kokalari’s husband was a member of the now-banned Greek neo-Nazi political party, Golden Dawn.
Salianji also referred to Kokalari as a person lacking representation. He made the comment during a political TV show.
Evi Kokalari joined Berisha’s nationwide tour, known locally as ‘Foltorja’.
She then decided to withdraw from politics and fled to the United States.
